Dear colleagues and our partners in development,
Welcome to the virtual home of our “Results-focused Project Design and Management” (RfPDM) training, a platform where facilitation and development cooperation meet.
While we cater primarily to the former and future participants of The Asian Development Bank’s (ADB) Training of Facilitators’ (TOF) and other alumni of our Results-focused Project Design and Management (RfPDM) workshops, our doors are open to development practitioners, trainers, facilitators, development executives, donors, consultants, contractors and project managers. This will insure broader sharing of experiences, perspectives and tools among colleagues and peers.
With this site, we can: (a) share our experiences, collaborate and consult one another; (b) openly discuss key development concerns and dilemmas; (c) checkout new tools, practices and facilitation gadgets; and (d) collect and exchange cases, perspectives and trends in project design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation as well as aid effectiveness.
Join us as we explore the rapidly changing phase of development. To all our partners, welcome to your new home.
Peter

This website was initiated by Ms. Andrea Iffland, who led ADB’s Results focussed Project Design and Management courses along with her team of consultants. She is currently the ADB’s Pacific Department Director. Our website and the numerous RfPDM alumni wish Andrea all the best in her new post and future endeavors. We are thankful for all her vision, contributions, energy, enthusiasm and valuable knowledge on the subject.
