My Dear Colleagues,
Welcome to our virtual home of “Results-focused Project Design and Management”(RfPDM), a place where facilitation and development cooperation meet. This site was created in response to the increasing clamor for a platform where participants of The Asian Development Bank’s (ADB) Training of Facilitators’ (TOF) workshops in Results-focused Project Design and Management can discuss and share ideas on RfPDM topics. This will be our window to the world. The site is dedicated to the community of practitioners in RfPDM. You may be a future or former TOF participant, a professional in development assistance, a trainer, a new or professional facilitator. You are welcome to consider this as your home where you can communicate, share experiences, trade good practices, offer and seek opportunities, exchange and debase ideas and new developments, and just keep up with the fast changing world of development facilitators, trainers, and practitioner in participatory project design and management.
