The Training of Facilitators (TOF) scheduled from 8-16 September at the Koc University in Istanbul, Turkey, aims at strengthening the facilitation skills in participatory and results-focused project design and management. It brings together participants from government planning agencies in Azerbaijan, Armenia and Georgia. The team of facilitators comprise Andrea Iffland from ADB headquarters, Pet Misa from the Philippines, Alissa Klima from Uzbekistan and Nana Kvanchiany from Tajikistan.
