From among the participants, eight are ADB staff, three are consultants, eight staff from executing agencies, 15 staff from oversight agencies, one from the academe, and one from a partner organization. The group included 14 female participants. Some participants offered how they felt from the course (See video). The participants used the most recent facilitation exercises and obtained feedback based on current best practices (See slideshow). As with its predecessors, the TOF aimed at building capacities for facilitators who can fill the need for participatory approaches in developing and managing results focused projects. The Laos TOF is the fourth in the series of TOFs planned under the Regional Technical Assistance (RETA)in 2009. The next TOF will be held in Istanbul, Turkey on September 2009.
